Conference deadlines: Abstract submission: 30 April 2018 | Early bird registration: 30 April 2018 | Standard registration: 30 June 2018 | Room booking: 17 August 2018 | Late registration: 31 August 2018.

Abstract Submission

  1. While completing the Abstract Form please:
  • use lower case letters and capitalize first letters only when typing the author name and abstract title;
  • do not type double space after full stop (period);
  • avoid inserting references, footnotes, tables, graphs, figures, and images.
  1. Authors are notified about acceptance or rejection of their abstracts within a week after submission.
  2. Abstract submission deadline: 30 April 2018.

Abstract categories

Abstracts will be divided into 3 categories:

  • Category I: Abstracts of research papers. Their full versions would possibly be published. Such abstracts should contain: Goal; Approach/Method; Discussion; Results; Conclusion
  • Category II: Practical experiences or experiments
  • Category III: Ideas, comments, plans

During the Conference every presenter has a 30-minite time slot for presentation and discussion.


The Conference language is English. All presentations, questions and discussions are in English.

Technical equipment

The Conference rooms are equipped with laptops and multimedia for PowerPoint presentations.

Publication of abstracts

All accepted abstracts will be published in an Abstract Book.

Publication of full papers

Full papers presented at the conference will be considered for publication in International Sports Studies the journal of the International Society for Comparative Physical Education and Sport (ISCPES) following a process of academic peer review. International Sports Studies (ISS) has been accepted for indexing in the Emerging Sources Citation Index, a new edition of Web of Science™. Content in this index is under consideration by Thomson Reuters to be accepted in the Science Citation Index Expanded®, the Social Sciences Citation Index®, and the Arts & Humanities Citation Index®. International Sports Studies (ISS) is indexed by Scopus since 2016.


Full papers presented at the conference may also be submitted to another journal - Entertainment and Sports Law Journal.
